ASHLEY DeSANCTIS, MA, BCBA

Regional Clinical Integrity Officer

As InBloom's Wisconsin Regional CIO, Ashley trains and manages the BCBA staff, while making sure clinical integrity processes are always met. Additionally, she assists with on-boarding new clients and maintaining support and communication with caregivers throughout the treatment period. Ashley received her Master's in Clinical Psychology from Argosy University, and has been working in the field of ABA since 2005. When asked why she is passionate about what she does, Ashley said " I began working as a Line Staff (currently referred to as a Behavior Technician) while I was obtaining my undergrad in Psychology. I fell in love with the work and continued to pursue opportunities in the field of ABA, primarily working with children and adolescents on the Autism Spectrum. In graduate school, I studied Clinical Psychology but still managed to find ways to incorporate ABA and Autism and did my practicum placement at a charter school for individuals aged 6-21 years-old with an ASD diagnosis. Following graduate school, I served as a Medicaid case manager for children with ASD, and then returned to doing ABA therapy where I completed certification requirements to become a BCBA. I am particularly interested in adults with ASD and helping these individuals and their families find resources on living a full and supported life."

EMILY FENDRICK

Regional Director of Operations

As Wisconsin's Director of Operations, Emily focuses on supporting families by ensuring a smooth transition into services and maintaining strong relationships throughout their kiddos' care. She also works to support the clinical staff so they are able to administer the most effective care for each of our kiddos. Emily has a Bachelor's of Science in Exercise Science from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse along with a Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Rosalind University of Medicine and Science, after which she spent 12 years overseeing and growing multiple clinics in the field of Physical Therapy. When asked why she's passionate about helping the Autism community, Emily said, "Having experience working in the healthcare field, I am passionate about helping people achieve their full potential. Having exposure to family and friends who have developmental disabilities has made me want to ensure that children are receiving the best individualized ABA treatment possible,"
