Regional Director of Operations
Alexis is responsible for helping InBloom grow by creating relationships with families and professionals, as well as making sure daily operations are moving smoothly throughout Texas and Arizona. She oversees all scheduling, training, process development, and business management tasks which boils down to making sure clients and clinicians are taken care of and supported administratively. She has over 8 years of experience in the field of ABA as a Direct Care Provider, Registered Behavior Technician, and Field Trainer prior to joining InBloom. Having transitioned to an administrative role, Alexis feels her prior field experience as a therapist helps tremendously when making operational decisions. When asked why she wanted to join our team, Alexis said "At InBloom I am able to work with like minded professionals who share my passion for helping individuals with ASD and their families. I am driven to help the Autism community because I believe that every person deserves to be seen and heard."
