MEET YOUR AUSTIN LEADERSHIP TEAM
As InBloom's Texas Regional CIO, Lainey works every day to maintain clinical integrity throughout the region, supporting caregivers of our clients during the onboarding process and throughout therapy. Lainey received her Masters of Education: Curriculum and Instruction - Applied Behavior Analysis from Arizona State University and assisted with developing InBloom's Student Analyst Position, which is used to develop new BCBAs throughout the country.
When asked why she is passionate about what she does, Lainey said, "I find that each step of the journey serves as a reinforcer for my work. It's so exciting to see the kiddos we work with growing and learning new skills!"
Regional Clinical Integrity Officer
As the Regional Operations Director of Texas, Reina strives to ensure that our kiddos, families, and clinical staff are fully supported. By bridging any gaps in communication, it is her goal to help each individual know how valued they are. Previously, Reina ran the #5 hotel in New York City, but her two-year-old son's autism diagnosis and a phone call from InBloom had her packing their things and moving to Texas, which Reina calls, "the best decision I ever made!" Having experienced ASD from the parent perspective, progress is what drives Rein, and she attributes much of her son's growth to ABA and seeks to reach out to parents and give them hope . "I'm over the moon that I have found a place that I can call home that so closely aligns with my passions.
