NOW PROVIDING DIAGNOSTIC EVALUATIONS IN AUSTIN + SAN ANTONIO
As part of InBloom’s organizational value of creating a Connected Experience for the communities we serve, we are now offering high-quality ADOS-2 diagnostic evaluations to identify Autism Spectrum Disorder in children between the ages of 18-months and 6-years-old at no cost to families between now and October 1, 2020.
The ADOS-2 is the diagnostic evaluation that is administered by our Licensed Clinical Psychologist, and is the current gold-standard of diagnostic evaluation support tools. Evaluations will be available on a first-come, first-served basis for qualified individuals.

Regional Clinical Integrity Officer
As InBloom's Regional CIO, Lainey works every day to maintain clinical integrity throughout the region across all service providers by continually supporting the clinical team. Lainey also supports the caregivers of our clients during the initial on-boarding process as well as throughout therapy. Lainey received her Masters of Education: Curriculum and Instruction - Applied Behavior Analysis from Arizona State University, and is a Licensed Behavior Analyst in the state of Arizona. She also assisted in developing InBloom's Student Analyst Program, which is used to develop new BCBAs throughout the country. When asked why she is passionate about what she does, Lainey said "I find that each step of the journey serves as a reinforcer for my work. It's so exciting to see the kiddos we work with growing and learning new skills." Regional Director of Operations
Alexis is responsible for helping InBloom grow by creating relationships with families and professionals, as well as making sure daily operations are moving smoothly throughout Texas and Arizona. She oversees all scheduling, training, process development, and business management tasks which boils down to making sure clients and clinicians are taken care of and supported administratively. She has over 8 years of experience in the field of ABA as a Direct Care Provider, Registered Behavior Technician, and Field Trainer prior to joining InBloom. Having transitioned to an administrative role, Alexis feels her prior field experience as a therapist helps tremendously when making operational decisions. When asked why she wanted to join our team, Alexis said "At InBloom I am able to work with like minded professionals who share my passion for helping individuals with ASD and their families. I am driven to help the Autism community because I believe that every person deserves to be seen and heard."
