Chelsea conducts supervision across the BCBAs and RBTs of our Colorado region, ensuring clinical integrity throughout all of our centers and the highest standards of care. She entered the field and 2013, and in 2017, graduated with her Master's in Psychology shortly after attaining her BCBA accreditation.
When asked why she's passionate about helping the Autism community, she said, "I know how much potential each and every one of our kids have. Whether a family needs an extensive comprehensive program for their child or individualized parent training, there is always a perfect plan that can be tailored to each family. It's not black and white, but individualized for each family's needs."

Alex's responsibility as Operations Manager in Colorado is to ensure that families who are seeking ABA Therapy Services are able to locate, admit, and receive treatment promptly, safely, and proficiently. Alex has helped facilitate the growth of InBloom through multiple roles, having worked every day to apply the science of Behavior Analysis to the organization to optimize performance and quality of services.
When asked about her experience as an RBT, Alex said "It introduced me to a new world that I wanted to be a part of – a community who passionately celebrated neurodiversity, and one that also facilitated opportunities at a more independent life."
