Regional Clinical Integrity Officer
As InBloom's Texas-based Regional CIO, Renee primarily supervises and supports our Clinical Staff through ongoing training and continuous communication. Renee also supports the caregivers of our clients during the initial on-boarding process as well as throughout therapy. Renee received her Masters of Education in Special Education/Applied Behavior Analysis from Texas State University, and is a Licensed Behavior Analyst in the state of Texas. When asked why she is passionate about what she does, Renee said "I believe everyone deserves the chance to reach their full potential. Through ABA, we are able to give individuals the tools they need to increase their independence and overall quality of life." Renee is also an accomplished writer, who is currently working on a play to be produced in Austin, TX later this year. Regional Manager of Operations
Richard is responsible for building long-lasting relationships with the families and communities that InBloom serves while keeping operations within the area running smoothly. He helps to maintain client scheduling, intake, continuous facility improvements, and working with clinical leadership to ensure families are getting the quality services they need. Richard earned his Masters of Healthcare Administration from Florida Atlantic University, and served 7 years in the US Navy, where he received the Navy Commendation Medal, 3 Navy Achievement Medals, and the 2017 Humanitarian Service Award. When asked why he wanted to join our team, Richard said "Its an opportunity to help families in need live the healthiest and most fulfilling lives they can with a team that is genuinely interested in going above and beyond to make it happen."
