NOW PROVIDING DIAGNOSTIC EVALUATIONS IN DALLAS!
As part of InBloom’s organizational value of creating a Connected Experience for the communities we serve, we are currently offering high-quality ADOS-2 diagnostic evaluations to identify Autism Spectrum Disorder in children between the ages of 18-months and 5-years-old at no cost to families. Evaluations will be available on a first-come, first-served basis for qualified individuals.
The ADOS-2 is the diagnostic evaluation that is administered by our Licensed Clinical Psychologist, and is the current gold-standard of diagnostic evaluation support tools.

Regional Clinical Integrity Officer
As InBloom's Regional CIO, Lainey works every day to maintain clinical integrity throughout the region across all service providers by continually supporting the clinical team. Lainey also supports the caregivers of our clients during the initial on-boarding process as well as throughout therapy. Lainey received her Masters of Education: Curriculum and Instruction - Applied Behavior Analysis from Arizona State University, and is a Licensed Behavior Analyst in the state of Arizona. She also assisted in developing InBloom's Student Analyst Program, which is used to develop new BCBAs throughout the country. When asked why she is passionate about what she does, Lainey said "I find that each step of the journey serves as a reinforcer for my work. It's so exciting to see the kiddos we work with growing and learning new skills." Regional Director of Operations
As Texas' Regional Director of Operations, Bianca ensures that both our clients and our clinicians are properly supported in order to achieve their goals. She guides the daily operations of all Texas Learning Centers and collaborates with our clinicians and administrative team to implement processes that bridge the gap between clinical excellence and operational effectiveness. Before InBloom, Bianca received her Bachelor's of Science in Kinesiology and Health from Georgia State University, and in her spare time she volunteers at a local homeless shelter in Dallas, TX. Bianca has always held a passion for helping others, and joined InBloom because she saw a place where she could provide services to those who need it most, saying, "the best part of about working for InBloom is that we provide a service that promotes positive long-lasting benefits for the kiddos and the families we serve."
