OUR MASSACHUSETTS LEADERSHIP TEAM
Regional Clinical Integrity Officer
As InBloom's Massachusetts Regional CIO, Samantha's primary role is to ensure that InBloom is providing the highest quality services possible. She does this by overlapping with BCBAs on their cases, meeting with them outside of session to brainstorm ideas together, and checking-in with families to make sure they're having a positive experience with our team. She also takes administrative work off of the clinician's plates so they have more time to focus on clinical duties. Above all, she says her favorite responsibility is interacting with different families and children every day! Samantha graduated Cum Laude with a Bachelor's Degree from UMass Amherst where she Double-Majored in Psychology & Early Childhood Education. During college Samantha worked as an RBT for multiple in-home and center-based ABA companies, which turned her desired career path from preschool teacher to BCBA! She earned her Master's Degree in Behavior Analysis from Simmons College. When asked what she likes most about her job, Samantha said "I am especially passionate about helping caregivers feel understood and empowered in order to help them to help their children to become the best versions of themselves that they can be!" Samantha grew up in the North Shore, and currently resides there today.
