MEET YOUR MIAMI LEADERSHIP TEAM
With a Master's in Forensics Psychology, Tara was InBloom's first ever Clinical Resource Director, and has been responsible for for laying the foundation for that role organization-wide. Tara provides clinical support for the BCBAs through overlaps with clients, discussions about programming, and reviewing treatment plans. She also meets with caregivers during the initial assessment and helps to explain what ABA is as well as what can be expected throughout the process.
When asked why she loves what she does, Tara said, "I saw how misunderstood this population is and in need of people to stand up and not only help them with ABA Therapy, but to educate others about what autism is and to understand and break the stereotypes associated with it."
Regional Clinical Integrity Officer
Angie has filled several roles in helping InBloom blossom into who we are today, including the establishing of InBloom's Human Resources department. As South Florida's Regional Operations Director, she manages the schedules of all therapists in the region while ensuring that each child and family's services needs are met.
When asked why she loves what she does, Angie said, "From and early age through experiences with family and friends, I learned the importance of creating awareness for children and adults living with autism., and how importance it is for us to bridge the gap within our communities for all different kinds of individuals."
