OUR NEW HAMPSHIRE LEADERSHIP TEAM
Regional Clinical Integrity Officer
As InBloom's New Hampshire Regional CIO, Samantha's primary role is to ensure that InBloom is providing the highest quality services possible. She does this by overlapping with BCBAs on their cases, meeting with them outside of session to brainstorm ideas together, and checking-in with families to make sure they're having a positive experience with our team. She also takes administrative work off of the clinician's plates so they have more time to focus on clinical duties. Above all, she says her favorite responsibility is interacting with different families and children every day! Samantha graduated Cum Laude with a Bachelor's Degree from UMass Amherst where she Double-Majored in Psychology & Early Childhood Education. During college Samantha worked as an RBT for multiple in-home and center-based ABA companies, which turned her desired career path from preschool teacher to BCBA! She earned her Master's Degree in Behavior Analysis from Simmons College. When asked what she likes most about her job, Samantha said "I am especially passionate about helping caregivers feel understood and empowered in order to help them to help their children to become the best versions of themselves that they can be!"
Regional Operations Director
As InBloom's New Hampshire Regional Operations Director, Paul's primary focus is to ensure that kiddos and families who are seeking ABA therapy services are able to do so timely, safely, and efficiently. Paul works each day to make sure InBloom delivers the greatest experience possible by supporting our Massachusetts team and giving them the tools and resources they need to provide the best care possible. Paul earned his bachelors of Science in Business Management from Merrimack College where he also played football. He has over twelve years of senior management and leadership experience in healthcare, including Brigham and Women's Hospital in Boston. When asked why he wanted to join the team at InBloom, Paul said "During my time at Brigham and Women's Hospital I would often walk over the footbridge either to volunteer or visit my mother who worked there. I had the pleasure of meeting a group of children living with Autism and that interaction changed my life for the better. I was so inspired by the perseverance and positive attitudes. That inspiration drove me to want to help continue providing support to individuals living with ASD. Thankfully I get to do it every day now!"
