MEET YOUR ORLANDO LEADERSHIP TEAM
Michelle is the Clinical Operations Director of the Winter Park Learning Center, providing support to families, RBTs, and BCBAs through the duration of services. She earned her Master of Arts degree in Applied Behavior Analysis with an Emphasis on Autism in 2015, and worked as a Behavior Therapist until officially becoming a BCBA in 2016.
Michelle has worked with a wide array of clients ranging from 2 to 16 years old in a variety of settings. As a BCBA with autism, diagnosed at the age of 3, Michelle wants to give back to the community by being in the field, and attributes her success to her mother. In Michelle's free time, she likes to go to brunch, ride rollercoasters, and snuggle with her two adorable pugs: Milo and Georgie.
