Regional Clinical Integrity Officer

As InBloom's Wisconsin Regional CIO, Ashley trains and manages the BCBA staff, while making sure clinical integrity processes are always met. Additionally, she assists with on-boarding new clients and maintaining support and communication with caregivers throughout the treatment period. Ashley received her Master's in Clinical Psychology from Argosy University, and has been working in the field of ABA since 2005. When asked why she is passionate about what she does, Ashley said " I began working as a Line Staff (currently referred to as a Behavior Technician) while I was obtaining my undergrad in Psychology. I fell in love with the work and continued to pursue opportunities in the field of ABA, primarily working with children and adolescents on the Autism Spectrum. In graduate school, I studied Clinical Psychology but still managed to find ways to incorporate ABA and Autism and did my practicum placement at a charter school for individuals aged 6-21 years-old with an ASD diagnosis. Following graduate school, I served as a Medicaid case manager for children with ASD, and then returned to doing ABA therapy where I completed certification requirements to become a BCBA. I am particularly interested in adults with ASD and helping these individuals and their families find resources on living a full and supported life."

Regional Director of Operations

Jennifer works every day to identify opportunities and implement new directives for the growth of the Wisconsin service area. By doing so, she helps InBloom reach more families in need of services and finds opportunities to employ more like-minded behavior professionals in Wisconsin. Ultimately, Jennifer makes sure clients and clinicians are taken care of and supported administratively. Jennifer has received her AD in Applied Science in Physical Therapist Assistant from Milwaukee Area Technical College, her BBA in Human Resources Management from University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, and has previous experience as a Behavioral Technician. Prior to joining InBloom, Jennifer spent the last 10 years at one rehab services provider as a clinician, the Director of Rehabilitation Services and Area Director of Clinical Operations. When asked why she wanted to join the team at InBloom, Jennifer said: "When Autism services are so critically needed, it's my pleasure to be employed by an ethical provider that puts the client first. I'm passionate about supporting the InBloom staff who employ the highest quality play-based ABA therapy in all of their interactions."
